Midtrans requires a clear policy regarding the return of funds if a service is not delivered.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction timestamp if the service is not provided as described or if the service provider fails to commence work.

2Original Condition

Refunds are only applicable if the service has not been fully utilized or completed. Partially completed services may be subject to a partial refund based on the circumstances.

3Non-Refundable Fees

Any payment gateway processing fees or platform handling charges incurred during the original transaction are non-refundable.

4Cancellation Criteria

Cariinjasa.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if a pricing mistake occurs or if the service requested violates our platform's marketplace rules.
